Your day as a Customer Care Specialist: Dynamic is an understatement!

• The morning rush (coffee at the ready!): You start the day processing incoming orders and shipments. You check if all destinations are good to go ("green light approval") and update the system. You also select the right temperature-controlled packaging. Here, details are literally life-saving!
• The afternoon handover: After a busy morning, you ensure a smooth, practical handover to the export team. You keep clients continuously updated on their shipments via email and phone.

• Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick’s online booking portal
• Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non EU destinations

Who are we looking for? (Besides a great new colleague...)

Above all, we are looking for someone who:

• Is a star communicator: You are the face (and voice) of the company for clients and international offices. You communicate at a high level, but always in an inviting and friendly way.
• Has a background in logistiscs; either through education or experience.
• Preferably has experience working with customers.
• Is stress-resistant and detail-oriented: Mornings can get hectic. You keep your cool and never lose sight of the details.
• Has language skills: You speak and write fluently in English. Do you also speak a bit of Dutch or French? That’s a major plus for blending into the team!
• Is PC-savvy: Outlook and basic Excel hold no secrets for you (the rest we'll teach you on the job!).
