Customer service specialist

We are looking for a customer service employee in the region of seaport Ghent.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for all German customer contacts.

You will handle their questions, solve problems and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics, factory production planning and supply chain coordination teams on order-related matters.
• Receiving, processing and confirming orders.
• Planning deliveries and monitoring stock levels, proactively offering available stock
• You are the first point of contact for customers on specific topics.
• You provide support for various other services within the organisation.

• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
• You are fluent in English and German, other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French are a plus. Knowledge of Dutch is not necessary.
• You have a proactive and commercial attitude and the ability to solve problems and propose alternative solutions
• You have excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic team player.
• You can multitask and are stress-resistant.
• Working with different ERP systems and MS Office is not a problem.
