Europa Search - IT Director / Head

We are seeking an experienced IT Director or Head of IT to lead and innovate our technology strategy across Europe. This pivotal role involves overseeing IT operations, driving digital transformation, and aligning technological initiatives with business objectives to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with overall business goals

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Drive change management initiatives to restructure and enhance existing teams and workflows

Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development projects

Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and IT service delivery

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support digital transformation and business growth

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role such as IT Director, Head of IT, or Chief Information Officer

Extensive background in IT strategy development and execution within a multinational environment

Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous
