Sales & Manufacturing Site Coordinator

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

For our client in Zavemtem we are looking for a Sales & Manufacturing Site Coordinator. You will report to the Factory Director and become an important cross-departmental pivot who is responsible for coordination with the person in charge at our factory in Belgium ans Serbia to assign projects te each factory per well-defined distribution criteria and the coordination with the associated supply chain.

• Order planning and projects distribution
• Integrating new projects into the planning, assigning the necessary compressors to the project and calculating the PO price
• Material supply: from setting delivery dates, coordinating with the sales back-office, ... to solving workflows problems
• Controlling the stock of standard chillers and heat pump packages
• Facilitating sales by acting as a link between the factory in Serbia and Regional Head Quarters in Zaventem
• Other sales-related tasks upon request

PROFIEL

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree
• Min 3 years experience in a planning or coordinating role in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 362, Excel in particular
• Knowledge of production processes and workflows
• English is a must, any other language is a plus
• Experience with ERP system is a plus
