• key responsibilities

As a Program Management Officer (PMO), your tasks will include:

• Planning, preparing, and following up on meetings with internal stakeholders (e.g., coordination meetings, steering committee, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., working group with market players, specific meetings with stakeholders, etc.)
• Preparing meetings and/or communication materials
• Supporting planning and budgeting, as well as actively monitoring and reporting quarterly on the program and related projects
• Facilitating coordination between different themes and experts in order to achieve common objectives in line with overall planning and managing interface coordination
• Monitoring and/or coordinating specific flows or deliverables
• Long-term management of documents within the program, both internally and externally (including the publication of updated documents, public consultations, etc.)
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of program management
• qualifications

• Master's degree in economics/engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in PMO support
• Knowledge of the energy sector is an asset, particularly technical expertise in electricity market management, network development, and/or connection processes
• A very good level of English (spoken and written) is essential. Fluency in French and/or Dutch is an asset
