We’re looking for a quality professional ready to take a strategic role in shaping and improving our Management Systems across multiple sites.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead system improvement projects across Quality, Safety, Environment, and Information Security domains.
  • Drive certification readiness: Prepare for and lead external/internal audits; ensure compliance with key standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Coach and guide internal teams: Run training and awareness sessions on standards and best practices.
  • Own process governance: Support process owners in aligning documentation, controls, and KPIs with business and compliance needs.
  • Ensure continuous alignment with evolving standards and customer expectations.
  • Act as audit lead: Coordinate internal assessments and self-evaluations, following up on actions and improvements.

Profile

What you bring:

  • Solid experience with management systems (IATF, ISO standards, TISAX, etc.) in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in audits, system improvements, and certification processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and cultures.
  • Fluency in French & English.
  • Ability to work across two Belgian sites and travel occasionally within Europe.
