Senior SAP S/4HANA IS-U Test Manager | Brussels, Belgium | 24-Month Contract

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA IS-U Test Manager to lead testing activities across a large-scale SAP transformation programme within the utilities sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, coordinating end-to-end testing activities, ensuring solution quality across SAP and integrated systems, and acting as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA IS-U, Utilities business processes, JIRA administration, and structured Test Management methodologies.

• Define and implement the overall testing strategy for SAP transformation projects
• Develop integrated test plans and testing approaches
• Manage the complete test lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Coordinate business and IT teams throughout all testing phases
• Design, maintain, and manage comprehensive test scenarios and test libraries
• Monitor defects, coordinate resolution, and manage risk throughout the testing process
• Build real-time dashboards and KPIs to monitor testing progress
• Ensure all interfaces, integrations, and applications are fully tested to prevent regression issues
• Review SAP blueprints and identify testing impacts
• Coach and mentor project teams on testing best practices
• Produce reusable testing documentation and governance artefacts
• Report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to Project Managers and Steering Committees

Contract Details

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
