For our client, a dynamic and international player in the packed goods industry, we're looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to strengthen their team in Antwerp. This is a temporary role of at least 4 months. You’ll be the key contact for a set portfolio of clients and ensure excellent service throughout the entire customer journey, from order to aftercare.

• Check, register, confirm and follow up customer orders
• Coordinate production, packing, transport and customs clearance
• Follow up shipments with hauliers and customers
• Track consignment and VMI stock levels and reconcile them monthly
• Support invoicing process and liaise with the finance department
• Be the first point of contact for questions, complaints and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for handling samples, documentation, regulatory info and complaints
• Maintain accurate customer files and contribute to improving service processes

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
• You’re familiar with supply chain, production, finance and sales processes
• You’re fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
• You work autonomously, have a strong service mindset and communicate clearly
• You think proactively, collaborate easily and keep your cool in busy periods
• You’ve worked with CRM systems (like Salesforce); experience with ERP systems (SAP or IFS) is a plus
