Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – KYC Automation

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support KYC/AML process optimisation within a Life Insurance environment. This role focuses on business analysis, regulatory interpretation, and improving operational efficiency—bridging business and IT without performing technical design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve KYC/AML processes and data management practices
• Define and document high-level business requirements (non-technical)
• Assess business, operational, and regulatory impacts of changes
• Support business acceptance testing (UAT) and validate outcomes
• Act as a liaison between Business, IT, Compliance, and Operations
• Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Monitor progress, risks, and deliver clear reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance or banking
• Strong expertise in KYC/AML regulations and processes
• Experience in business process analysis and optimisation
• Understanding of data quality, automation, and IT concepts (non-technical level)
• Knowledge of life insurance products and lifecycle

Languages:

• French and English (professional proficiency)
• Dutch is a plus

• Location: Brussels (hybrid)
