Cost coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing Acquisition Cost (MAC) Coordinator to support operational and financial processes related to MAC at a major telecom company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end MAC process across different business domains. You'll work closely with Procurement and Finance, monitor spend accuracy, prepare monthly budget alignment meetings, and ensure full compliance with internal policies.

• Create purchase requisitions and monitor PO flows
• Verify and process payments/invoices
• Maintain accuracy in MAC closing data and support budget adherence
• Organize monthly review meetings and follow-up actions
• Respond to MAC-related inquiries and proactively manage budget challenges
• qualifications
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• ERP systems experience (Fusion = plus)
• Highly accurate and structured in administrative execution
• Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
• Assertive and able to challenge status quo
