One of our clients, a consultancy firm based in Brussels, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team of 10 people.

This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient administrative and financial operations while supporting a multicultural environment.

You would be working 20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities as Office Manager:

  • Act as a liaison with accountants, auditors, and clients. Handle expense notes, invoicing, and supplier interactions.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and expense allocation to various projects. Assist in financial reporting and budget management.
  • Organize meetings, facilitate project coordination, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate office logistics including meeting room arrangements and vendor communications.
  • Support onboarding processes and personnel management tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, is crucial.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Previous experience in handling invoices and financial documentation is advantageous.
  • You already worked in a similar role
