Junior logistics and customer experience analyst

We are looking for a Logistics and Customer Experience Analyst focusing on delivering continuous improvements across the supply chain.

You will be part of the team that is accountable for end-to-end logistics delivery and order management in order to deliver medicines from manufacturing plants to patients on time.

Some of your tasks:

• manage customer orders and inquiries by serving as the initial point of contact
• handle customer contacts in a professional, diplomatic, and empathetic manner, as defined in quality monitoring guidelines
• maintain a detailed working knowledge of the company's trade policies, SOPs, and standard business processes in order to respond to customer and sales force inquiries
• analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

• qualifications

• you have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• analytical mindset
• passionate about driving continuous improvement and have a strategic approach to forecasting and planning
• knowledge of or interested in Customer Service and Logistics Operations (logistics, supply management, demand management, or operational management)
• you are a problem solver; you don't have a 'wait and see' attitude, but think proactively and are an initiator
• you're well organized, eager to learn and have the right drive and motivation
• you're a strong team player with ownership mindset
• system knowledge, including Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and SAP or S4 HANA is an asset
• you have a very strong knowledge of English (written, spoken, reading)
