At Volvo, they are looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative to join their Central team and contribute to their mission of getting vehicles back on the road quickly and efficiently.

Your duties:

  • Provide first line support for international breakdowns: Wherever our customers are in Europe, you will be there to help them and address their concerns.
  • Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers: So that everyone is always informed about the progress of repairs.
  • Working together in a dedicated team: You will be part of a team that is committed 24/7 to providing our customers with the best possible support.

Profiel

Bachelor thinking level.

Fluent in English + German + one of following: Polish, Lithuanian, Finnish, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (minimum B2 level).
Flexible in working hours: Working in a full-time system is not a problem for you; rather, you enjoy the variety.

Driving license B: You must be able to come to the company independently.

Aanbod

Volvo contract fixed term (no interim contract, yes Volvo Contract).
  • Working hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Full time schedule with rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Vacation days: 20 days.
