Your duties:
- Provide first line support for international breakdowns: Wherever our customers are in Europe, you will be there to help them and address their concerns.
- Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers: So that everyone is always informed about the progress of repairs.
- Working together in a dedicated team: You will be part of a team that is committed 24/7 to providing our customers with the best possible support.

Profiel
Bachelor thinking level.
Fluent in English + German + one of following: Polish, Lithuanian, Finnish, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (minimum B2 level).Flexible in working hours: Working in a full-time system is not a problem for you; rather, you enjoy the variety.
Driving license B: You must be able to come to the company independently.
Aanbod
Volvo contract fixed term (no interim contract, yes Volvo Contract).- Working hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.
- Full time schedule with rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6 to 8 weeks.
- Vacation days: 20 days.
