- qualifications
- Educational background in (electro) mechanics or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic in a similar production maintenance environment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Strong teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Detail-oriented, resilient under stress, and motivated to achieve results
