What will you do?

In this role, you are much more than just a voice on the phone. You are the essential connection between customers, partners, and technical experts. Your day-to-day includes:

  • The Go-To Person: You handle incoming calls and emails with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Data Detective: You gather information and meticulously check every detail for accuracy and completeness.
  • Technical Support: You provide technical assistance and maintain direct communication with the workshops.
  • The Master of Updates: You proactively keep the customer and all involved parties informed on progress.
  • Quality Guardian: You monitor agreements and ensure all contract-related issues are followed up within the deadlines.

Your Unique Work Week

Forget the standard 9-to-5! This schedule gives you a ton of flexibility from Tuesday to Friday:

  • Saturday & Sunday: Go all out from 08:00h to 21:00h.
  • Monday: A steady day shift from 09:00h to 17:30h.

In short: a responsible position with great variety, leaving you the rest of the week for your family, friends, or hobbies!

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Languages: Proficient in Polish, German, and English.
  • Tech Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Technical Interest: Knowledge of automotive or tyres is a significant plus.
  • Experience: No specific experience is required—we value your talent and the right attitude!
