IAM Business Analyst

Experience: 8–10 years

We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst to support Identity and Access Management initiatives, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and access lifecycle processes.

• Gather and document functional and non-functional IAM requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders, AO, BO and IAM Operations teams to capture requirements and secure sign-off.
• Define IAM use cases and processes across Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, PAM, reporting and analytics.
• Support IAM governance documentation, including policies, procedures, standards and access reviews.
• Manage dependencies across IAM projects and support successful IAM deployments.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• 8–10 years of experience in IAM Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, auto-provisioning and access reviews.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of IAM governance and regulatory requirements.
