Business Analyst – Solution Design

Experience: 8–10 years

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support solution design and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

• Elicit, challenge and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications such as FR, HLSR and SBIA.
• Work closely with architects and designers to define target flows and data models.
• Validate solution feasibility and alignment with architecture.
• Contribute to functional design decisions across subscription, parties and business domains.
• Ensure consistency across systems such as CMD, eSubscription and Inquiry.

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional specification skills.
• Experience working with architects and solution designers.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
