We're partnering with an innovative technology company developing advanced networking and secure communication systems used across critical infrastructure and next-generation Telecom environments.
As they continue to scale their Embedded engineering team, they're looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to help build low-level software powering highly reliable connected devices and platforms.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Embedded Linux development, device-level software and performance-critical systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Embedded software in C for Linux-based systems
Work on low-level driver development and Hardware interfacing
Customize and maintain Embedded Linux distributions using Buildroot
Collaborate with Hardware, FPGA and systems engineering teams
Debug, optimize and validate software performance on Embedded targets
Support integration of networking and cybersecurity-related features
Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making
Requirements
Strong commercial experience with Embedded C development
Experience working with Embedded Linux environments
Hands-on driver development experience
Good understanding of Buildroot and Linux system customization
Familiarity with networking protocols or Telecom systems is beneficial
Experience debugging Embedded systems at Hardware/software level
Comfortable working in a collaborative R&D environment
