Key Responsibilities:

• Handle dealer calls and interpret enquiries via our platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve urgent dealer issues promptly and professionally.
• Deliver tailored training on programs and tools to ensure dealer success.
• Collect and share dealer feedback with internal teams to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the dealer experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably B2B.
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using digital platforms and CRM systems.
• A team player with a customer-focused mindset.
