- Lead a team of approximately 25 operators in the coating department and ensure they grow in their roles
- Organize work distribution and optimize machine utilization
- Maintain a strong focus on excellent quality
- Manage administrative tasks such as leave requests, work instructions, and reports
- Prepare analyses and implement improvements
- Actively participate in meetings
