Tasks and responsibilities
Voor deze functie zoeken we een Service Delivery Manager binnen een IT-infrastructuuromgeving bij een organisatie die actief is in de gas- en elektriciteitsdistributie in Brussel.
Je komt terecht in een afdeling die de verschillende business units ondersteunt met evoluerende technologieën en autonome IT-capaciteiten. Binnen deze omgeving staat het infrastructuurteam in voor het beheer van de infrastructuur en voor de werking van systemen en applicaties die de informatiesystemen ondersteunen.
Als onderdeel van het service delivery team help je mee om IT-infrastructuurdiensten betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt te leveren, zodat de dagelijkse werking en de organisatiedoelstellingen optimaal ondersteund worden.- Je waakt over de kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en performantie van IT-infrastructuurdiensten voor interne klanten.
- Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
- Je vormt de schakel tussen infrastructuurtechnologieën, serviceproviders en business stakeholders.
- Je ziet erop toe dat diensten worden geleverd in lijn met afgesproken service levels, businessprioriteiten en gangbare best practices.
- Je werkt nauw samen met technische teams, supportfuncties, externe partners en business stakeholders.
- Je draagt bij aan business continuity, gebruikerstevredenheid en de verdere evolutie van het IT-landschap.
