About the Role
Join an international customer support team working with well-known global brands such as Nespresso, Google, Meta, TikTok, Footlocker, LOréal, Viaplay, Ypsomed, Insulet, Philip Morris, Arval and more.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will help customers via phone, email, chat or blended support channels.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers with orders, deliveries or payments
- Solving product or technical issues
- Providing account or platform support
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Meeting service quality KPIs and customer satisfaction targets
No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
Training
1–4 weeks paid training depending on the project.Training covers systems, product knowledge and customer service skills.
After successful completion of the training agreement, candidates sign their employment contract.
Working Hours
40 hours per week8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break
Rotational shifts depending on the project (some projects are Monday–Friday)
Breaks include:
- 10 minutes morning break
- 1 hour lunch break
- 10 minutes afternoon break
Location
Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
Work locations in Lisbon include offices near Entrecampos and Oriente.
Remote or hybrid work may be available depending on the specific project.
Requirements
EU citizenshipFluent Dutch (C1 level or higher)
Intermediate English (for training and internal communication)
Secondary education diploma (12 years of completed education)
Clean criminal record
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
