Food & Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences whilst maintaining profitability and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Steers and promotes all the F&B points of sale
- Ensures that all information is duly passed on to the applicable departments
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior role within the hospitality industry
- Guest oriented, outgoing and service minded
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
