• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, from classic cocktails to custom creations, all crafted according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain an immaculate, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Proactively upsell beverages and recommend pairings to complement the dining experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with all hygiene, safety, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• Monitor beverage inventory levels and assist with placing orders as needed to maintain stock.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or cocktail bar setting is a significant advantage.
• This role is classified as Category 5 or 6, depending on your experience.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, various spirits, and advanced bar techniques.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Possess a positive attitude, be a strong team player, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts from 14:00 to 22:00 or from 16:00 until closing, as well as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English is essential; knowledge of French or Dutch is a valuable asset.
• Barista skills or a good understanding of wine are desirable.
