We are looking for a machine operator for the injection moulding machines at our customer's injection moulding plant.
In this position, you will be responsible for the entire machine park and, together with the technical maintenance department, you will ensure smooth production. You will manage a team of production workers and work with an assistant machine operator to keep the machines running.
Your profile:
- Technical background or education
- Experience as a machine operator
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines
- An eye for detail
- Good teamplayer
- Fluent communicator (English and willingness to learn Dutch)
- Flexible hours are no problem for you (you need to work in shifts + also working in weekends)
- Safety is very important for you
Tasks:
- Running the entire machine park
- Collaborating with technical maintenance department to ensure a fluent production
- I a later stadium you will coach a team of production workers together with you assistant machine operator to keep the machines running
- Quality control
- Leading packaging workers in your team
- Ensuring best possible production output
- Analysing machine failures and 1st line solving in cooperation with maintenance coordinator
- Starting up injection machines
