As part of our continued focus on strengthening our IT governance and security posture, we are looking for a Senior IT Access Management Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities
Conduct regular access certification reviews to ensure user access rights align with internal security policies and compliance requirements
Evaluate and integrate new systems and services into the Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model tailored to the organization's evolving needs
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure access certification processes are well understood and consistently applied
Maintain comprehensive documentation of access reviews, audit outcomes, and remediation actions
Identify and mitigate risks related to access control, proposing enhancements to strengthen security and compliance
Provide technical support for access certification tools, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution
Skills
Deep understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
Experience translating business needs-especially HR-related processes-into technical IAM solutions
Proficiency in conducting audits, analyzing access data, and generating detailed reports
