Production operator - 2 shifts

• You will operate and monitor one or more production lines.
• You’ll start with one line and gradually learn to manage additional lines.
• You perform quality checks and ensure the smooth running of the production process.
• You work closely with a colleague who provides manual support.
• You step in flexibly where needed: machine operation, line monitoring, replenishing materials.
• You always follow hygiene and safety regulations.

Bonus: Can you lead a team or do you have experience as a backup shift supervisor? Be sure to mention it!

• You have relevant experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry
• You speak fluent French or English (Dutch is a plus, but not sufficient on its own)
• You are flexible and available for different shifts
• You can demonstrate technical insight and work accurately
• You are physically fit (some lifting, working in a cold environment)

• Two-shift system: 6 AM – 2 PM & 2 PM – 10 PM
• Salary negotiable based on experience
• Quick start possible
• Option for a permanent contract after a positive evaluation
