Wij zijn op zoek naar Nederlandstalige kandidaten voor customer support en content moderation functies binnen een internationale werkomgeving in Portugal. Kandidaten moeten communicatief sterk zijn, klantgericht kunnen werken en ervaring hebben met online platformen en digitale ondersteuning.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ondersteunen van klanten via chat, e-mail en telefoon
- Controleren en modereren van online content
- Oplossen van klantvragen op een professionele manier
- Samenwerken met internationale teams
- Werken volgens kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen
Vereisten:
- Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels verplicht
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in customer support, content moderation of vergelijkbare functies
- Minimaal 6 maanden professionele ervaring vereist
- Goede communicatie- en computervaardigheden
- EU-burgerschap en geldig paspoort verplicht
- Bereidheid om naar Portugal te verhuizen
