We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support professionals to join international projects supporting well-known global brands. This is a great opportunity to live and work in Portugal, gain international experience, and grow your career in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing leading international brands.
Requirements- Dutch: C2 level
- English: B2 level or higher
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project)
- Approximately €1,550 gross per month + Perf. Bonus (depending on the project and experience)
