Project Controls Lead - Life Science Construction

The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
  • Monitor project progress measurement and include in monthly reports
  • Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow
  • Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
  • Oversee the capital planning process for new projects
  • Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating, an process improvements.
  • Have a Construction or Engineering-related degree or industry-recognised technical or management qualification.
  • Experience in the following sectors is an advantage:
  • Life Sciences, Data Centres, Renewable & Alternative Energies, or Hi-Tech Manufacturing.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and deliver to internal and external senior executives.
  • Have experience in Risk Management and understanding of Quantitative Risk Analysis techniques and their application.
  • Are fluent in English language both orally and written. French would be an advantage.
  • Have the right to work in the location.
  • Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
