Entry HR Assistant
Job Summary :
We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Assistant to join our HR team in Leuven (Haasrode/Heverlee). If you are looking for an opportunity to kick start a career in HR, this might be the role for you.

Join our amazing HR team as a HR assistant ! You will work daily with another HR assistant, a HRBP and one Talent Acquisition Specialist. But you will also collaborate with various functions across European countries, U.K and U.S.
Responsibilities :
- General administrative support of the European HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, benefits administration and document management;
- Manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data entry;
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for global and regional HR requirements;
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
- Assist with social media content for Medpace recruitment activities;
- Assist with on / off boarding matters;
- Perform special projects assigned;
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Diploma in HRM or equivalent;
- 0-2 years of experience in a professional office setting;
- Experience using HR Information System or Applicant Tracking Systems is desirable;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Attention to detail; and
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
