Consulting Manager Benelux

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Consulting Manager Benelux (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the consulting sector.

As Consulting Manager Benelux (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Auditing and organizing procurement functions;
• Defining procurement strategies for high stakes spending categories;
• Designing and deploying procurement performance plans;
• Providing functional support (Business Analysis) for procurement system implementation projects;
• Integrating procurement information systems;
• Developing business applications using cutting-edge technologies (AI, Big Data, etc.);
• Maintaining a differentiated positioning in a rapidly evolving sector (consulting and business software development);
• Focusing on engagements that deliver long-term performance impact for our clients;
• Building lasting trust-based relationships with our clients;
• Sustaining and sharing a unified set of values and professional standards within our teams.

• Leading and executing consulting engagements as a Manager Consultant;
• Team management (Consultants and Reverse Auctions Expertise Center);
• Managing client relationships;

• Organizing promotional events to highlight expertise (webinars, trade fairs, etc.);
• Team management (Consultants and Reverse Auctions Expertise Center);
• Managing client relationships;

• Developing partnerships with other professional bodies or educational institutions in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg;
• Contributing to the creation of content showcasing expertise (articles, white papers, studies, etc.);

• Implementing the business development strategy;
• Managing prospects throughout the sales cycle, including planning and attending client meetings and closing deals;
• Managing responses to public tenders, in collaboration with other offices across Europe.

The required profile for the Consulting Manager Benelux (m/f/x) position:

• You hold a Master's degree from a top business school, engineering school, or leading European university. You have at least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, ideally within the Procurement/Supply Chain or Public Sector;
• You have strong project management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and are recognized for your strong written and verbal communication;
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this position, and Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage;
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy taking on new challenges, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, professional resilience, and business acumen.
