Cost accountant

As a key member of the finance team, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and managing the costs associated with the company’s operations. You’ll play a crucial role in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control processes that directly impact business performance.

• Standard Costing: Develop and maintain standard costing models for products and services.
• Variance Analysis: Compare actual costs to standards and investigate variances.
• Inventory Management: Analyze inventory cost data to ensure accurate valuation and control.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective process enhancements.
• Compliance: Ensure all cost accounting activities adhere to applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in cost accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Problem-solving mindset, able to resolve cost-related issues efficiently
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and regulatory compliance

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting or a related financial role
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and reporting tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
