Tasks
Your Responsibilities- Daily Coordination: manage scheduling and execution of all logistics, warehouse, and transport activities.
- Team Supervision: lead and support warehouse staff, drivers, packers, and art handlers.
- Quality & Safety: ensure high standards of safety and handling across all operations.
- Workflow Optimization: identify process improvements and track operational performance metrics.
- Inventory & Tools: oversee stock levels, packaging materials, and equipment maintenance.
- HR & Team Development
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance follow-up.
Your Interfaces- Internal teams: logistics planners, operations assistants, art technicians
- External partners: customs brokers, transport companies, service suppliers
- Clients: museums, galleries, private collectors, architects, and interior designers
Requirements
Your Profile- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, logistics, or project management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high-value assets
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong asset)
- Knowledge or interest in the art world is a definite plus
