• Leading, supporting, and motivating the team of print employees
• Planning and coordinating daily orders and print jobs
• Monitoring the quality of printed materials and conducting checks on the printing process
• Ordering and managing logos and consumables
• Scanning and printing PDF instructions for textile printing
• Assisting in preparing the correct logos and instructions for the team
• Ensuring a clean and orderly workplace
• Performing printing work during quieter periods
• Communicating daily with the sales department
• Tracking and reporting KPIs (objectives/results)
• Performing warehouse work as needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules on the work floor
