As a Customer Service Specialist, you act as the primary contact for customers in Italy and Romania. You handle inquiries, solve issues and ensure smooth administrative and financial follow-up. You take initiative, recognize opportunities and contribute to improving service and processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the key contact for Italian and Romanian customers.
• Handle questions, resolve issues and provide accurate follow up.
• Gather feedback, identify inefficiencies and clarify workflows to customers.
• Support financial processes: payment follow-up, invoice questions and tax-related topics together with the credit team.
• Stay organized while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Profiel

• Fluent in English, Italian and Romanian (spoken and written).
• Experience in a customer-face or service-oriented position.
• Structured, accurate and forward-thinking.
• Calm under pressure with a hands-on, practical mindset.
• Able to work independently.
• Naturally proactive, curious and service-minded.
