IT manager - what is the role?

Analyze user needs and constraints to propose innovative, tailored solutions; define a strategic roadmap with clear requirements, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.

Promote ICT best practices and lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Integrate knowledge management, AI, and data handling into digital solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and innovation.

Maintain clear documentation, provide regular progress reports, and ensure transparent communication across technical teams and stakeholders.

IT manager - who are you

You hold a university degree and/or have at least 10 years of relevant ICT experience, with a strong track record in leading successful digital projects.

You have in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of key development tools, application solutions (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, EAI), and databases.

You are bilingual in Dutch and French, have a good command of English, and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

You are results-driven, client-focused, and value structured work, coaching, and team motivation to deliver high-impact solutions.
