Supervisor ICT Projectleiding

We are looking for a Senior ICT Project Management Supervisor to coordinate operational ICT processes, projects, planning, and team activities within a complex technical environment. You will act as the central point of coordination between IT teams and stakeholders, ensuring efficient project delivery, process optimization, and operational continuity.

• Coordinate and supervise ICT operations, projects, and change requests
• Lead, coach, and support internal and external ICT team members
• Manage operational planning, priorities, budgets, and reporting
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and process efficiency
• Coordinate lifecycle management and ensure compliance with procedures and standards
• Analyze operational issues and support solution implementation
• Prepare and review documentation, instructions, and administrative reports
• Support audits and inspections as process owner
• Initiate and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
• Align ICT projects with broader PMO and organizational objectives

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar ICT coordination or project management role
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience with project and process management
• Knowledge of quality control and risk analysis
• Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
• Good understanding of operational ICT environments and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with audits, governance, or compliance processes is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature and solution-oriented mindset
• Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach
• Ability to maintain overview and set priorities under pressure

• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency
• French: Nice to have

• On-site role based in Dessel
• Occasional meetings in Brussels
• No remote work available
