Machine Operator (2-shift system)

Agilitas Kortrijk is looking for a Machine Operator with a valid forklift certificate. In this role, it is important that you are not only technically skilled, but also physically capable. Lifting, moving, and working in a dynamic production environment doesn’t scare you.

• Operating and monitoring production machines is the core of this position (approximately 80% of the time)
• Minor technical issues are handled independently thanks to your technical insight
• Moving finished pallets with a forklift accounts for about 20% of the tasks
• You actively contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• During quieter periods, flexible support is expected, such as shoveling sand, cleaning machines, and general maintenance tasks
• Working in a dynamic production environment requires independence, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility
• Physical work, including lifting heavy bags (up to 25 kg), is part of your daily duties

• Technical knowledge or experience as a machine operator is required
• Able to independently solve minor technical issues
• A valid forklift certificate is mandatory; smooth and safe driving is expected
• Physical fitness is essential – lifting 25 kg bags is no problem
• Order, cleanliness, and safety are highly valued
• Able to work independently with a proactive attitude
• Flexible mindset and a hands-on approach
• Good communication in Dutch, French, or English is sufficient – multilingualism is a plus
