Warehouse Operations Coordinator (EN)

For a client active in the biotechnology sector, we are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their logistics team in Leuven. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, international environment focused on innovation in life sciences.

• Receive, inspect, and accurately register incoming goods in the ERP system
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure proper labeling and storage
• Manage stock levels and perform regular inventory checks
• Rotate stock to ensure that the oldest materials are used first
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing to resolve several issues
• Make sure the warehouse is clean and tidy all the time

• A secondary school certificate and/or proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• A forklift certificate or experience driving a forklift is very interesting, but not yet a must
• Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems is a plus
• Good command of English
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Accurate, reliable, and a proactive team player
