Business analyst international payments

You’ll join a dynamic Competence Center supporting a strategic initiative focused on expanding and enhancing international payment solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. You will play a central role in coordinating between business lines, IT and operations teams.

• key responsibilities
• Prepare workshops and meetings with all impacted business lines (e.g. local Cash Management teams, group functions, operations): set agendas, capture and distribute meeting minutes.
• Translate business needs into clear, functional requirements for IT and operational teams.
• Coordinate gap analyses, testing and defect follow-up with internal squads and international stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with initiative leads and product owners to support strategic goals.
• Support the development and improvement of international payment processes and functionalities.
• Travel to Paris approximately once per quarter for on-site collaboration.
• qualifications
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar function.
• Solid understanding of workflow and business processes.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of information systems and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with international payments processing.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, treasury management or payments.
• French & English: Excellent spoken and written communication.
