BE - Qualification & Validation Specialist

As a CSV engineer you will join our Life Science Solution service line, where we are providing comprehensive support in Quality Assurance and Industrialization to revolutionize the Healthcare and Medical Devices sectors.

For the client impact, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project.

Responsibilities:

What will you do ?

As a Qualification& Validation Specialist, you will mainly :

• Be responsible for drafting and ensuring compliance with the specifications for new installations and for adaptations and modifications to existing equipment.
• Organize and prepare the supplier selection meeting (sourcing committee) and take part in the ordering process.
• Select, contact and follow up with suppliers.
• In the case of new equipment, you will also take part in the FAT/SAT process.
• Validate studies and designs for new installations in collaboration with your manager, the project teams, production, maintenance and the safety and environment department.
• Plan and carry out the installation of facilities (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Train operators and technicians before transferring installations to production.

Qualifications:

• Hold a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Qualification & Validation in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework related to the healthcare industry (ISO, GMP, GLP, GMP, etc.).
• You train operators and technicians before transferring installations to production.
• Native French or Dutch speaker, and professional proficiency in English.
