• Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices
• Send reminders and handle overdue payments via phone and email.
• Manage monthly administrative checks on cash collection cases.
• Support invoicing follow-ups and answer customer queries.
• Work closely with your team leader and colleagues to ensure timely collections.

• A bachelor’s degree is required (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar).
• Ideally first experience in a finance-related position
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, proactive approach.
• A very strong command of English, combined with fluency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Italian, Romanian, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or Polish.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel is essential.
