Maintenance Coordinator Stations

Fluxys is an international energy infrastructure group with 1,300 employees active in gas transmission & storage and liquefied natural gas terminalling.

Organizationally, the GRID department is geographically divided into 5 zones, supported by central services responsible for technical and administrative support. For the North-West Zone, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/x).

Job purpose

This includes coordinating patrol teams, managing suppliers and subcontractors, and monitoring budgets and deadlines.Your goal is to ensure the reliability and sustainability of the network.

• After a training period, you will prepare corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.

• You ensure the availability of resources (e.g., truck, special equipment) and materials (e.g., spare parts and/or specific orders) are needed
• You draw up the daily schedule for field technicians in collaboration with the team leader and other colleagues
• You manage spare parts and materials for the stations/pipelines in our zone and ensure that stock is always accurate, orders are placed on time, and materials and vehicles are technically sound
• You receive goods, check deliveries, and prepare them for first use, in collaboration with the administration department
• You actively participate in the analysis and resolution of technical problems, together with your colleagues
• You prepare small projects related to stations/pipelines in collaboration with the Zone Manager/Team Leader/Work Planner
• You are responsible for coordinating and supervising field technicians.
• You ensure proper execution and coordination of field interventions, considering established safety measures, and ensure the correct application of procedures that guarantee the safety of our installations and employees.
• You report to the Zone Manager

• You have a graduate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent through experience, and relevant experience in a technical role or planning in an industrial environment
• You have an accurate approach and a willingness to learn, as well as a dynamic mindset and a sense of diplomacy
• You can process large amounts of information in a short time and translate it into an action plan
• You have good communication skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently
• A good knowledge of Dutch is required; basic knowledge of French and English is an asset
• You are proficient in MS Office and SAP
• You are willing to be part of an on-call and standby role
• You live within a 30-minute radius of our office in Wetteren or Bruges
• You hold a category B driving license and have your own vehicle
