TAKT Planner
PM Group are seeking an experienced TAKT Planner to join our pharma construction project team in Ghent, Belgium.

- - Develop and implement TAKT planning methodologies to optimize construction workflow and maximize productivity across pharmaceutical facility construction phases
- Create detailed TAKT time calculations and production schedules for repetitive construction activities including cleanroom installations, process piping, and equipment placement
- Coordinate with trade crews and subcontractors to establish standardized work sequences and cycle times for pharmaceutical construction activities
- Design and maintain visual management systems including TAKT boards, progress tracking tools, and performance dashboards for construction teams
- Facilitate daily huddles, weekly planning sessions, and continuous improvement workshops to optimize construction flow and eliminate waste
- Analyze construction bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and resource allocation inefficiencies to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Collaborate with project management teams to integrate TAKT planning with overall project schedules and milestone deliverables
- Monitor key performance indicators including productivity rates, schedule adherence, and quality metrics to ensure TAKT planning effectiveness
- Train construction personnel and supervisors on lean construction principles and TAKT planning methodologies for sustainable implementation
- - Minimum 3 years' experience in construction planning with specific expertise in TAKT planning, lean construction, or similar production planning methodologies
- Understanding of pharmaceutical construction processes including cleanroom installations, process systems, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Primavera planning software, visual management tools, and data analysis platforms for construction productivity optimization
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in construction environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying workflow inefficiencies and developing optimization strategies
- Knowledge of lean construction principles, last planner system, and production planning best practices in construction industry
- Desireable - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
