A forward-thinking Digital Transformation company based in Leuven, Belgium, driving strategic innovation and technology enablement for businesses across multiple industries. Their mission is to help clients reimagine business models, enhance operational efficiency, and adopt digital technologies to stay competitive in an evolving digital landscape.

They are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Digital Transformation Consultant to support and lead transformation initiatives over the next 12 months.

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with our internal teams and client stakeholders to design, implement, and manage digital transformation projects. You'll bring expertise in business analysis, process improvement, change management, and digital strategy to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess current digital maturity and define transformation goals.

Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements.

Design and MAP optimized processes using digital tools and methodologies.

Support the development and implementation of new digital solutions and technologies.

Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide change management guidance and training to ensure user adoption.

Key requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital transformation, business consulting, or IT strategy.

Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms (ERP, CRM, RPA, cloud solutions, etc.).

Solid experience in process mapping and business analysis.

Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
