Function
Are you looking for a part-time role where you can combine coordination, data management and team support, while playing a key role in daily operations? We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Business Support Assistant to join our Quality team.This role sits at the heart of the organization, ensuring smooth communication, structured reporting, and efficient coordination of activities across stakeholders.
Your mission
As a true facilitator, you will organize, structure and support a wide range of administrative and operational activities, contributing directly to the efficiency and quality of our internal processes.
What you’ll do
Coordination & Administration- Act as a central point of contact for internal communication and coordination
- Support daily administrative activities (communication, shipments, translations, business travel arrangements, onboarding of newcomers)
- Coordinate events and meetings (audits, workshops, quality gates, exhibitions, etc.)
- Support CSR-related checks and initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen) of administrative processes
- Manage and structure key data (KPIs, organization charts, distribution lists, matrices, presentations)
- Ensure data reliability and proper documentation (document management updates)
- Maintain various databases (customer information, QA SharePoint, warranty data collection)
- Prepare and consolidate reports: Monthly Top Management reports & Monthly reports to headquarters
- Daily checks and KPI follow-up (including EPC reporting)
- Organize and follow up on training activities (planning, logistics, budget tracking)
- Coordinate quality planning activities (scheduling, invitations, practical arrangements)
Profile
Your profile- First experience in a Business Support / Administrative / Coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset, with a natural ability to connect and engage people
- Proactive, dynamic and hands-on attitude
- Comfortable working with data and tools (Excel, databases, PowerPoint, AI tools are a plus)
- Languages: English and French (both required)
