Well before the startup, you will begin thorough training in day shifts to fully understand our installations, systems, and standards, enabling you to help set the standard in this unique factory from day one.
Depending on your background (electrical or mechanical), you will be deployed as a technician within one of the maintenance teams. Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing and resolving technical faults in machines and installations
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Calibrating, adjusting, and checking parts and systems
- Contributing ideas for technical improvements within your department
- Working closely with fellow technicians and operators for safe and stable operation
- Accurately recording interventions in the maintenance system

Profile:
- You have completed technical training or have relevant experience in maintenance
- You are strong in mechanical and/or electrical areas
- You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team
- You are skilled in reading technical plans or schematics
- You can work in a 6-shift system and are looking for a stable, long-term challenge
- You speak good English.
- shift system with consideration for your private life:
- 2 out of the 6 weeks you work day shifts (08:00–16:00)
- 4 out of the 6 weekends you are home
Week 3: Monday to Friday from 00:00–08:00 (night shift)
Week 4: Monday to Wednesday from 16:00–00:00 + weekend from 20:00–08:00
Week 5: off on weekdays, working Saturday and Sunday from 08:00–20:00
Week 6: Thursday and Friday from 16:00–00:00
Technician starting salary: €24.71 gross/hour (excluding shift premiums)
Shift premiums: Early 5%
Late 10%Night 20%
Saturday 30%
Sunday 35%
