Business development manager DACH region - fixed contract

This internationaly active production company is looking for a business development manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts across the German-speaking market (Dach region: Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint, strengthening relationships with distributors in various markets.

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DACH region.

Relationships with distributors and resellers will you build and maintain.

For accounts in this region, you will serve as the primary point of contact.

You will develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet specific customer needs.

The market trends and competitor activities will you analyze to identify growth opportunities.

Wat wij van jou vragen:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Strong understanding of the DACH market and cultural nuances.

Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
