• Proven background in dynamic settings; sales and operations leadership, quick decision cycles, high-stakes environments
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen to ensure healthy gross margins
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English. Spanish and Dutch is recommended
• Leadership style that combines clear direction with a coaching mindset
• Hands-on and pragmatic in solving problems and managing complex situations
• Comfortable in cross-cultural settings and international business environments
• Able to lead both at a strategic level and in day-to-day execution
• Flexible availability, including sporadic weekend follow-up
